RTC DS3231 incl. Battery - for Raspberry Pi

An DS3231 high precision realtime clock for a Raspberry Pi. Communication via I2C.

Specifications:

• Input voltage: 2.3 - 5.5 VDC
• Time accuracy: 5 ppm (0.432 s / day offset)
• Full calendar function up until the year 2100 
• Outputs of 1 Hz and 32.768 kHz
• Internal temperature compensation
• Module has a backup battery on-board

Note: This product will be supplied with the DS3231 or DS3231M chip.

Note: As soon as the module is supplied with voltage, the chip activates and thus also the battery backup. From then on, the battery will last about a year (net, i.e. Raspberry Pi turned off). If you supply the Pi with power, the battery will of course last longer.
